Description: Worried about the Neonatal Therapy Certification (CNT) exam? Want a quick refresher on the knowledge needed to provide therapy services in the NICU? Need some structure to aid you in consuming evidence to apply to your neonatal therapy practice? If you answered yes to any of these questions, this course is for you! The course presenters, seasoned CNTs, will take you through topics at lightning speed, giving you an overview of content across the 3 core domains of the CNT exam through a series of pre-recorded videos. In addition, they will review critical articles from the study materials of the Neonatal Therapy Certification Board (NTCB) in a condensed format that aids understanding and retention and improves the ease of applying evidence to practice as new evidence emerges. Finally, tips for mastering the multiple-choice exam, retaining core content, and boosting your test-taking confidence will be shared. The on-demand format allows you to slow down the information or repeat it as you see fit. Participants have access to the course for six months from the time they first open the course content.

Credit: You will receive a certificate at the end of the course reflecting 8 hours of NICU-related education, but this course does NOT provide ASHA, AOTA, or APTA-approved continuing education credit. The hours for this course can be applied to the education hours required for the Neonatal Therapy Certification application (as long as this course is taken within 3 years of applying for certification).

Who can register for this course? Any OT, PT, or SLP is welcome to take this course, whether or not they have applied for certification.
